Hydro dipping.
This a gas tank off a Honda Trx 450 sport quad. All the plastics are getting dipped. Thought I would shoot a quick video to share.

My 07 brushed silver kodiak was actually hydro dipped by Yamaha (farmed out) & I love it.

I hope it works out for you but I had nothing but trouble trying to get anything to stick directly to a plastic fuel tank. Apparently the light ends of the fuel go right through the plastic and push off any coating. The only thing I've heard of that works directly to a plastic fuel tank is dying the plastic. Let us know how it works out.

Headlights, grill, hood, pod, snorkles, air box cover, gas cap, shifter knob off for carbon fibre hydro dipping. Tomorrow I'll take the tail lights, trunk, and black piece under rear rack off and send those to the dip tank.
