Has anyone used Open Skies Off Road Insurance

for their ATV ?

And by 'used' , I mean has anyone ever had to make an insurance claim ? Im curious if they are more/less of a hassle than dealing with MPI .

Any words of praise or horror stories to share ???

I am hoping to see a few replys here as my wife and I switched over to open skies coverage because mpi was almost double the price! We saved a lot and hopefully they are easy to deal with not like mpi.

I have dealt ,a few claims with customers.
Alot easier with Oasis"open Skies",no hassles with claims or values.
Very easy to deal with.
Also have dealt with auto pac on many claims and never easy or stress free.
All my off road vehicles are insured with them!!!.
No Worries with this company!!!

My quote in the spring time for my rzr fully loaded on insurance was high 700$. My insurance loaded in open skies was high 300$. I did not get the extra coverage in open skies, but it has 2 year replacement, and all the other goodies.

When I insured the 2000 Wolvy, the prices were similar, but I got alot more coverage with open skies. Full discount as I am a club member.

I like that open skies, If I give a friend permission to ride my machine, they are covered. Good luck getting this with MPIC.

Go open Skies!

Oh, and Garriock was great to deal with. I work with the Gimli staff, and my papers are ready to sign in Wpg in no time.

I would reccomend them.

You still have to have the bare min MPIC coverage, plate and what not for 33$, then the open skies policy kicks in.

Shoe.

I have been using this insurance for the past two years and I have saved. My Commander would have been over 600 plus with auto-pack with Oasis it was only 348 for the same coverage.

I even had to make a claim on one machine and it went very well just a little slow to payout, but I would defiantly recommend this for your ATV insurance. BIG SAVINGS !

Also, as Prowler mentioned you do get a discount on your insurance if you are a member of an ATV club, just have to show your membership card for your discount. So win win I would say. Here is the link for more info.
