Sandilands Ride Sat Oct 20
Saturday, Oct 20, 2012. I will be hosting a ride to either Suicide Hill east of Marchand, Mb. or just round the sandilands. We will be staging at the Esso Cardlock (old Maple Inn lot) just east of Richer, Mb. The lot is right after Geppetto's on the same side of hwy #1. Staging begins at 10 am and ride starts at 1030 am. There are hundreds of trails to chose from so we can either do some steep and challenging climbs at suicide hill and the trails in the area or we can do some nice trails over to the Whitemouth river and then northwest to Reynold's ponds and Lefarge pits. We can make a group decision once we are ready to leave. This ride is open to everyone and will take place rain/snow or shine.

If your running late or can't find the staging area you can text me @ 204-771-3083 so I can help you out.

P.S. I will be bringing a chainsaw as there will probably be lots of trees still down so if anyone else has one it would be great if you were to bring it along.
Also bring extra gas as there will be no gas stations along the way.

I am in too, and I also have a chain saw to bring. Plus live 3 doors down on Dawson road so really no excuse not to be there.

If everyone wants we can stop at Hadishville or Marchand for lunch if we are close but I was just planning on bringing something and have a trail lunch someplace. Maybe have a fire and cook something up.....

I think a hot dog roast would be in order and yes if you have a saw then bring it. I will have my chainsaw and a bow saw just for good measures lol.
