4X4 problem

My four wheel drive quit working last weekend on my 500 AC just as I was out haunting and needed to load my 4x4 Buck, Kinda of a pain, I need it for Mondays opening Rifle season and I have 8 miles of bush trail to my hunting spot, anyhow I called my dealer and he said It sounded like the Actuator needed replacing so only a 1/2 hour job, so took off the day on Tuesday to bring it in and get it fixed after 2 hours they said my front drive shaft splines had striped and they wouldn't get it done before closing so I had to go back home without it, Got a call yesterday saying my diff and drive shaft where both bad and it might not be covered under Warranty because the Tabs that are welded to the frame and holding the diff were both broken off and I must have hit it with something. hey I do use my quad in the bush and drive over logs but never remember hitting a stub or any major thing haven't seen it yet but I have a hard time seeing how the tabs would break off in a clean break instead of bending first if I had hit something, I am suspicious of the welding job on the tabs. But thanks to my dealer they will try to get the parts under warranty and put it together and I will have to weld the tabs back onto the frame after they got it lined up. Hoping things will work out OK. Only problem no Cat for Monday.
